Looking for a flatmate to join me in my lovely, cosy, old-fashioned tenement flat in the west end of Glasgow. The room is a large, high-ceilinged double room, part-furnished with a bed and desk, and the flat includes a large hallway, big living/dining room, separate dining kitchen, and modern bathroom with above-bath shower.

Location-wise, the flat is in Hyndland, 5 minutes walk from Hyndland station, 15 minutes walk from Partick.

Bills come to around £150 each (CT is £275).

I am a 24-year old teacher and writer, who loves cooking, reading, socialising, and chatting about anything and everything! I’m responsible, clean and tidy, and respectful of others’ space. I’d love to get to know you before you move in, so would be happy to go for a coffee or drink after you check out the flat to make sure we get along.
