The house is a 5 minute drive from a number of parks, supermarkets and shopping centres and is less than 5 minutes away from a few major motorways. 10 minute drive to city centre or 15 minutes to westend.
Ideally would suit someone who drives but there is a bus stop and train station a short walk away.
