Double room in nice southside flat (G42)

Hi there,

I have a nice, spacious double room to rent in my 2nd floor tenement flat on Albert Avenue (southside). The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with recess dining area, large living room and bathroom (no bath I'm afraid). I just got Cityfibre broadband installed, which is quick and reliable if you need to work from home.

It's about 5 mins to Queens Park and about the same to the shops, bars and restaurants on Victoria Road and Pollokshaws Road. The train station and bus stops are also about 5 mins away and it takes 5-10 mins to get into town. There's free on street parking. The area has a great mix of people and a real community feel.

You'd be sharing with me, a young 51 yr old Irish male professional and two cats, Finn and Indy. We're all easy going, friendly, sociable and house trained. I'm pretty quiet during the week these days (work from home 3- 4 days) but like to get out and about at the weekend, whether it be meeting friends, walks in nature, fly fishing or the occasional gig. The cats spend most of their time sleeping, but are playful and affectionate, when awake. They don't scratch!

I'm looking for an easy going and friendly flatmate who enjoys a chat or dinner etc now and then.

The rent includes all bills and the room is available from 20th Feb.
