I am letting out two bedrooms in my large 1st floor tenement flat on Victoria Road.
Nice quiet close with access to good communal garden. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Queen's Park Station, bus stops & a variety of local shops on your doorstep, great restaurants and cafes nearby; Queen's Park farmers' market just down the road.
There is a large dining kitchen with breakfast bar, American-style fridge etc.
The smaller room is in the back of the property and is incredibly quiet. It's cozy and has a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The front double room is much bigger and could potentially be suitable for a couple.
You will also be able to access the huge lounge most of the time, other than possibly 2-3 times a year for a few days at a time. This is my main residence but I am rarely in the UK, as I work abroad for much of the year.
Council tax and water is included in the price. Electricity and gas is done by meter and everyone can pay their share of the bills, topping up in turn. There is no Wifi at the moment as I use mobile data and get excellent reception, but you are welcome to get your own if you like (a line is already installed).
