Fantastic double room in a riverfront home

I am a professional chef working in an Indian restaurant and looking for a flatmate to share the home. Its a modern, well maintained lovely river-front house in excellent condition with free private parking and close to all amenities. Cunningar Loop is right opposite to the house and 5/10 mins walk to tesco extra, dalmarnock railway station ( from here you can take the a 5min train ride to city centre ) and Emirates arena. There is dedicated parking and also plenty of free parking otherwise.

I work 6 days and returns near midnight and leave by noon. I am clean, quiet and laid back so you'd possibly see me only on my off day, however I could bring Indian dishes at times if you like Indian cusine or happy to share if I am cooking. I don't smoke or have pets but happy to join an occassional drink.

Super Fast broadband is included. Council tax band is C, but there are solar panels and the house have a very high energy rating so very low electricity+heating bills compared to similar properties.
