I have a spare room I would like to rent on a short term basis for periods between two weeks to two months.
The flat is on the first floor of a quiet building in a peaceful and green area of Pollokshields. I'm 42 and work in conservation in the Highlands and sometimes from home so it's possible I will be away at times. I'd be looking for a flatmate with a similar non party lifestyle!
I have a balcony and there is free parking outside. Twelve minutes walk to Shields Road station and twelve minutes to Pollokshields East. All amenities including dishwasher and washing machine.
