I have just accepted a job up North so am looking to rent out my place on a short term basis.
I am open to suggestions as to whether this would be extremely short term (a few nights at a time), a room for a up to a few months (sharing with me when I am in town), or the entire place to yourself (not sharing with me but one bedroom off limits so I can keep my stuff there). I appreciate this is vague! But want to keep an open mind and am open to suggestions! The price would be adjusted according to the arrangement.
The flat is on the first floor of a quiet building in a peaceful and green area of Pollokshields. I'm 42 and work as a ranger in the Highlands.
I have a balcony and there is free parking outside. Twelve minutes walk to Shields Road station and twelve minutes to Pollokshields East. All amenities including dishwasher and washing machine.
