Room for rent on nightly/weekly basis

I have a spare room I would like to rent on a short term basis, with a minimum of three night stay. The cost is £50 per night per individual person. I would consider a couple staying if I'm away so do get in touch to discuss. All bedding and towels etc provided.

The flat is on the first floor of a quiet building in a peaceful and green area of Pollokshields. I'm 42 and work in conservation in the Highlands and sometimes from home so it's possible I will be away at times.

I have a balcony and there is free parking outside. Twelve minutes walk to Shields Road station and twelve minutes to Pollokshields East. All amenities including dishwasher and washing machine.
