Southside double room w/private bathroom & office

Come to stay in a comfortable, recently refurbished, double bedroom adjacent to a private family bathroom for your exclusive use. The room has ample storage for clothes, a TV, small desk and chair.

You would also have use of a second room, as a home office, workout space or for additonal clothing storage.

The flat will mostly be to youself, with me sharing the space (possibly visiting with my 2 social cats) occasionally, as I am relocating full time to London, but will stay when I come to visit my friends and family. I'm a friendly professional and an experienced host/flat sharer. I have my own ensuite bedroom that would not be accessible, for this reason.

WiFi, gas and electric are included in the rental amount, but you would be responsible for paying any additonal council tax incurred during your stay (approx £100 per month).

The flat is 2 minutes walk from a local train station (getting you into central Glasgow within approx 5 mins) and 5 minutes walk to busses connecting you to the city and beyond.

For couples, there would be an additional £500 fee, taking total rent (including some bills as set out above) to £1400. For couples, the deposit is double (500 each and £1000 in total).
