Accessible double room near Silverburn with dog

Double room in disabled accessible flat in Pollok, G53, right across from Silverburn. £300pm including bills. Unfortunately I can't accept benefits due to the circumstances of this let.
Comes with double bed, storage unit, chair and large built in wardrobe. Flat is fully wheelchair accessible, with wet room, widened doorways and kitchen adaptations. Living room has large sofa bed, TV with Roku, and large table. Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine, mini dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and electric cooker. Bathroom has electric shower only, lever taps and handrails.
Flat has Fibre optic broadband and gas heating.
Flat has own secure front garden with a side door and patio.
You'll be living with myself, (Jace, 33, disabled, AuDHD human), and Twist, (6, daft excitable canine). Twist is a really sweet Labrador and loves lots of playtime and cuddles. She gets along well with other dogs, so we could be open to another friendly dog living here.
I'm looking for someone to live alongside, share meals, housework, etc. I have a PA and homecarers throughout the week to assist with my own stuff, but I work well when teaming up on communal housework. I like being friends with my flatmates. I'm very sociable and love to chat nonsense, share hobbies, and you'll get some excellent soup or bakery items out of it too!
I'm vegetarian, non-binary and queer as heck. You don't need to be veggie or queer, but acceptance and respect is an absolute must!
