✅ Total cost per person (Rent + Virgin Media WiFi + Council Tax + Utilities): around £750 pcm
✅ Furnished/Unfurnished: The flat and room are both unfurnished—you’d need a bed and study table (affordable from IKEA—happy to help!). The picture is just for overall layout idea of the flat.
✅ Flat includes: Couch, dining table, TV, microwave, kettle.
✅ Minimum Tenancy: Long term (1.5 to 2 years plus).
✅ No smoking/ house parties / loud gatherings
