Room in Battlefield, Southside

Hey there, my current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take his room. Located in Battlefield near Mount Florida train station, the flat is in an ideal location for anyone who needs to get into the city centre for work or studying.

Rent: £550 per month
Bills: roughly £100 a month (internet, electricity & council tax)
Available from: March 21 onwards

While the room is unfurnished, it comes with the beautiful white fireplace and a big window overlooking the back garden. The flat is third floor and only had stair access. The room is also light pink, but if you want to paint that then you can.

My name is Euan and I'm a 24 year old front office agent in a hotel in the city centre, so I'm usually away from home during the day.. I can work anytime between 6 in the morning and 11 at night, so you would probably have the place to yourself a fair amount of time!

In my free time, I like to keep fit and play video games. I like keeping the flat pretty clean, too, so that would be important for someone who wants to move in.

I'm currently halfway through furnishing the living room at the moment, so if you have any furniture you'd like to bring with you that would be grand! It's not the most beautiful flat in the world, but it's getting there 😉
