I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Collegelands, available from May 7th until July 11th. The accommodation is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the University of Strathclyde and a 10-minute walk from Glasgow Caledonian University.

This is an en-suite room with a small double bed, and since it is a disabled-access room, it is more spacious than the standard rooms on the property. The room is fully furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror, notice board, curtains, and under-bed storage. It is part of a shared flat with four other students (extremely helpful and friendly), featuring a communal kitchen and living space equipped with a dining table, chairs, cooking hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, and sofas.

The property offers excellent amenities, including a gym, pool table, cinema room, communal study space, laundry services, bike storage, vending machines, and a common area. All bills—water, heating, electricity, and WiFi—are included in the rent. The on-site team is friendly and helpful, regularly organizing social events where residents can participate and even grab free goodies from reception.
