The room faces south and is a good size, with sanded timber floors and is furnished with a double bed, mattress+protector, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and set of free-standing shelves.
The flat is quite large with a shared south-facing lounge with bay window, dining kitchen, utility space, WC-shower room and a second bedroom (mine).
There is free parking in the street outside or a bike can be stored in the flat.
I'm an architect working in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. I'm clean, tidy and pretty chilled. I'm out with my mates or doing something as much as I am at home.
I'm looking for a social, clean person who is generally tidy but not obsessively so. Preferred to have your own life and things going on rather than being at home all the time.
I've lived in the flat for four years, and have renovated most the flat since being in. Some minor renovations such as decorating some walls still do to. I do throw the occasional party and enjoy having people over for drinks and food, too.
The flat has broadband, gas central heating, and a nice shower. Rent includes all bills (Council Tax, electricity, gas, broadband, building service costs).
The flat is in a quite close / stair, five minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Victoria Road, five minutes walk to the Crown Street Retail Park, ten minutes walk to Queens Park station.
