It’s a great flat just north the city centre (15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car) with private parking for residents and easy bus access from flat into City Centre. Costco, Lidl, Tesco and Home Bargains are a 5 minute walk away from the flat.
The monthly costs include; rent is £477.50 each a month, wifi is £16.50 each, electricity and gas is £30-50each.
Overall monthly costs are £550 a month.
As a student I don’t pay council tax however the council tax band is band C.
I am looking for a female flatmate only.
