Flatmate needed- Sublet Flat (Rent all inclusive)

Hey There!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room’s tenancy in Knightswood as I’ll be moving out on the 18th April. The room is a double bedroom, and I’m seeking a female to replace me.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two professionals: a female (~55) and a male (~60). The 4 in a block building has its own private entrance, and you’ll have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, private front garden with the other flatmates.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Westerton train station and bus stops that connect directly to the West End and city centre. The area is quiet, residential, and has a lovely, homely vibe.

Rent is all-inclusive, and I highly recommend scheduling a viewing. Pictures are available upon request!
