Artist working a civil service job, looking for flatmate to share good vibes, hosting dinners, sometimes parties and the occasional pint.
Roomy west end flat on a lovely street. Ideally your clean with a friendly, positive attitude. The flat is a two bedroom (we also have a bed in our living room for guests - it's a large living room). The Landlord is nice and reliable. Flat is available at the start of February and so I'm looking for someone asap.
Bills, including council tax, internet, electric and gas are around 220 each a month.
