Description
Hello! I’m searching for someone to share a fantastic, bright double room in a fully furnished flat.
It is a 2bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, and includes a shared kitchen with all the necessary fittings (and a washing machine + dryer, too!). The bedroom is quite big, with plenty of storage space and an enormous desk.
The location of the flat is unbeatable, with everything you could possibly need just a stone's throw away! Some highlights:
-University of Glasgow (10 min walk)
- Kelvingrove park and museum (5 min walk)
- A Tesco supermarket right outside the house, plus an iMart, Lidl and Saintsbury's all nearby less than 15 min walk away
- Kelvinhall subway (10 min away)
- Tons of amazing restaurants, cozy pubs, and trendy cafes all around - you'll never run out of new things to try
Despite being in such close proximity to the vibrant hustle and bustle of the West End, the neighbourhood itself is very serene and quiet, so you can come home to a peaceful atmosphere. It's the best of both worlds!
A bit about me: I am friendly and tidy, with a love for cooking and trash cinema. I'm trying to get more into jogging, so being close to such a big park has been great. I don't make much noise as I tend to use my earphones quite a lot during my free time/ when doing chores. The most enjoyable thing for me is relaxing at home, especially after work. Currently, I am a PhD student at university of Glasgow.
Ideally, I'm looking for a female flatmate. Living with another student would be great since we get the council tax off. Of course, professionals are welcome too, as long as they're willing to pay all of the tax (band C). All other bills are shared. The landlord is super friendly and always available for assistance.
If you think we might be a good match, don't hesitate to reach out and we can arrange a viewing :) Cheers!
