Room 5 mins to University

I'm studying abroad next year, so looking for someone to replace me during that time until September 2026.

The flat is 5 minutes walking distance to Glasgow University. Closest bus stop is also 5 minutes away, and the closest subway stations Hillhead/Kelvinbridge are about 15 minutes.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living room area as well as two storage rooms.

The flat has broadband and washing machine amenities

The bedroom is incredibly spacious, comes with a double bed, dresser, a wardrobe, a desk and other small furnishings like bedside tables.

The kitchen is fully furnished including small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave)

We have opted out of council tax because we are both students.
