You’ll have near exclusive access to the, recently renovated main bathroom, as I only really use the en suite attached to my room. Just ask you keep it tidy incase of visitors.

Pretty relaxed about any DIY you might want done to make your room more comfortable. It’s fully furnished with a 4 drawer bed, side table and chest of drawers, including a large built in closet. If you have your own furniture just let me know and can work it out.

Also, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all available. Secure bike shed just outside the flat available as well.

About me, I’ve lived here for 6 years (as of May) and love the place. No stress area, great access to town for all my needs, and just round the corner from work (in a supermarket so if you need something from the shops just send a message).
Love my animals, sadly not able to keep any in the flat due to random shift patters, but happy for 4 legged visitors.
A bucket load of plants, feel free to add to them.
Got a big whisky collection, would love some help getting through it as it’s pretty much the same collection I had 2 years ago.
Go to the gym 3-5 times a week, so if you fancy a gym buddy I’m available, JD Gyms is a 5min drive/15min walk away.
