Double Room in Southside of Glasgow

Hi there,

I'm a 30 year old man looking for a flatmate. I am a professional and work from home 2 or 3 days per week. I keep the place clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who can do the same.

The room is a good size and comes with a bed, desk, and chair. You would need to get a clothes rail or wardrobe as it doesn't come with any extra furniture.

I am friendly and respectful and would like to get along with my flatmate but I am also very respectful of personal space.

I like to socialise with friends and go out to the cinema and go outside at the weekends.

The flat is in a good location and has space to park outside. There is a bus stop right outside and pollockshields east station is 5 minute walk.
