I am looking for a friendly and easy going flat mate. As it is residential area, would appreciate no parties and loud music at home pls.
In this ad, I have mentioned all bills included as "SOME" because conucil tax is included in proce but NOT electricity bills which is based on usage.
So only electricity bill will be additional based on the usage and will be divided between flatmates.
