The other occupied bedroom has an en-suite, which means you'd have sole use of your bathroom.

The decoration, layout and furniture of the kitchen/living room will change a bit, and there will be no T. V provided.

Kitchen includes a fridge, a chest freezer, plenty cupboards, a basic table set and a few pans and pots.

All bills and council tax included except for T. V licence.
Fiber broadband, and there is an Ethernet cable running in each room also.

Gaz central heating, and the flat is very well insulated.

1st floor. Quiet area, quiet flat, private garage with locked gate.
All windows have a view on the park, no building in sight.
Existing flatmate is a young professional female who mainly keeps to herself, she is friendly though!

All I ask is you treat the flat well.
