Bright room available in Southside by Queens park

Hello,

This is a spacious room with a comfortable bed and discreet lamp. You can add a beautiful desk if you wish that is in storage room. It's really bright and sunny in the AM, and in the PM, the other side of the house gets the light.

There are two windows, and the view is great as there is a nursery opposite the house so it's quite low.

The house is around the corner of Queens Park, M&S, local bakeries. Mount Florida station is the closest train station, and it takes 10 minutes. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk and gets you into the city center within 20 minutes. I cycle and cant recommend it enough, only takes 20 minutes to get into the city.

My housemate and I work full-time and are social and active after work. So, the house is used for relaxing and having some downtime.

We go out together sometimes and are happy to have another roommate to do that with or just have a friendly atmosphere only in the house. Whatever the phase everyone is in. Sometimes I work a lot in my studio so don't have much chance to socialise.

Please note that there is no sitting room; I live there. My housemate lives in a room next to it and this room is beside the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but we all have different schedules, so it never felt like being on top of each other.
