Room for let / Flat share

My names Freddie and I currently live in the East end of Glasgow just off Alexandra Parade. I’m 25 and I work full time in Glasgow. I do work shifts so this takes up a large amount of my time but I do always have three to four rest days a week so always up for a laugh.

The Flats a 10 minute drive or bus from the city centre or a 30/40 minute walk. Plenty of shops nearby the flat for shopping or a haircut.

The room will be available from the 1st of November so I’m looking for someone to Flatshare with. The rents is £1000 so £500 each a month with some bills shared on top of that. The deposit would be £1100 as well which would be split between us. The flat is furnished but there’s plenty of space for someone to bring their things and make the flat feel like their own. I’m easy to get on with and very laid back in pretty much all aspects of living together.
