I have a room available for rent from mid September in the South Side of Glasgow, conveniently located with excellent transport links. Cathcart train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop directly across the road from the flat. Supermarkets, all sorts of shops, cafes and restaurants also nearby. Linn Park and the lovely Snuff Mill bridge only 8-minute walk away.

The room is a single & fully furnished in a cosy two-bedroom ground floor flat. It includes a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, tall drawer storage, and a desk with a chair. The room also has a full length mirror and table lighting. It is situated at the rear of the property, away from the road, overlooking the communal gardens.

The atmosphere in the flat is very peaceful and homely. I am a live in landlord, 39-year-old professional woman working 9am - 5pm, mostly weekdays. As a busy person, I appreciate a quiet home life. While I am quite introverted, I can be sociable and am always respectful of others' personal space and boundaries. I enjoy spending time in nature and gardening when I have the chance.

This accommodation would ideally suit a female student or a mature female professional. It’s essential that you are neat, tidy, and respectful of others' privacy.

Rent Details:

- £700per month
- £700 security deposit required
- Available from approximately mid September
- All bills and Council Tax (band C) are included in the rent
