I’m a friendly and respectful female doctor looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom flat. My current flatmate is the owner who's moving in with her boyfriend. The available room is a bright and spacious double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers.

• decent garden which is a total sun trap

• end, top flat by the river, 2nd floor
• 2 min walk to bus stop for number 4, 8 min walk to other stops

About Me: I’m a full-time doctor with a busy schedule, so I really value a calm, clean, and peaceful home. I’m sociable but also respectful of privacy and personal space. Looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

You: Ideal for a professional (female preferred) who is friendly, tidy, and responsible. Someone who enjoys a warm, homely atmosphere.

Rent & Bills:
• Rent: 575 per month
• Bills: Switching over accounts so approximately the following each: WiFi £15, Council Tax £70, Gas+ electric £35-60 depending on time of year. Currently have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight (£40 per month).

Move-in date: from 01/07/25
