I’m moving out of my flat in Townhead at the end of June so I’m looking for someone to take over my room!

Location📍:

🎓5 minute walk from Strathclyde Uni
🚌 10 minute walk from Buchanan Bus Station and GCU.
🌆 10/15 minute walk into city centre

👭Flatmates:

The two flatmates are currently both students, both female so another female student would be preferred so to continue being exempt from council tax. Also means schedules might be more aligned.

⭐️The flat:

- Double bedroom (furnished)
- Large Lounge/dining area
- Well-equipped kitchen
- Your own fridge in the kitchen
- Bathroom

💵Bills:

- WiFi is around £9
- Insurance around £5
- Electricity - currently on a payment plan of £85.45 a month (£28 each) but is in my name so could be subject to change
