Hi guys! I have a large room equipped with a bed, desk, and plenty of built-in storage. There is a substantial shared garden with parking and, yes, there is more storage in the shed if you need it. I am happy to accept a pet; there are no pets living at the property at the moment.
The council tax is band D and the tenant will pay 25% (would be about 40 pound per month), unless they're a student. (The location would be ideal for commuting to Strathclyde university as High Street is 17min on the train). I will pay all the other bills.
Availability is from January but can be earlier if you are able to be somewhere else during the Christmas period.
The rail station is located a 10min walk away and it's about 20min into Glasgow city centre. The last train leaves Queen Street at 00:15 so it's quite decent for nightlife. A return ticket is 4.05 with a railcard (note that peak fares will be abolished from September).
The ideal tenant would be someone younger, preferably LGBT, outgoing, and reasonably tidy. I am flexible on the first two criteria though :) About me: I'm a fantasy writer with a dayjob in AI. I work remotely but I'll be locked away in my office. There's a big living room with a TV for entertainment.
