Hi. I’m a resident doctor living in Glasgow. I’m looking for a professional female to flatshare (no students please as looking to split everything including council tax and bills). Rent would be £575pp excluding bills. Deposit is £675pp. Bills (wifi, electricity, gas) come up to about £90pp and council tax is £123pp.

It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat split over 2 floors in Broomhill (west end). The third bedroom is small and is more an office space / guest room that we can both share 🙂 It’s an excellent location in the west end! Move in date would be early August.

About me: I’m easy to live with and quite chill about most things. I don’t smoke or drink and not really a party person. I do enjoy a nice after work chat / cost nights in cooking, watching a movie or reading.
