Hey,
I have a room going in my flat. My flatmate is moving out mid January so a room is available from then. It's a really spacious 2 bedroom flat with 2 separate bathrooms in Garthland Drive. It's a 20 min walk to the George square or there's loads of trains and bus links as well.
I work mon-fri, I am pretty clean, relatively quiet, outdoorsy and friendly! I’m looking for a girl flatmate who will share similar vibes and be clean and considerate of shared spaces!
The rent is £450 a month plus wifi is 13.50 each and energy is usually about 40 each. Council tax is roughly 70-80 per month as well.
The flat comes unfurnished, but I have own most of the furniture. My current flat mate is leaving a bed and chest of drawers in the room. The bedroom will have an en-suite so we will have separate bathrooms not shared. Quite so close to the city, duke street station is about 8 minute walk, close to Alexandra park too.
