Double room in bright, friendly Southside home

I’ve recently moved into this beautiful flat and have a room to rent. It’s a double room with a comfortable bed - nearly new mattress, hanging unit and drawers. I can add a desk if that would be helpful.

I’m happy to fully share the communal spaces - and also share a meal and a chat from times to time.

I get out and about - walks, parks, yoga, tripping around Scotland and I work in a social business with particular interest in organisational culture and building teams - also, psychology, photography, cooking, reading..

I’m a positive person and easy going to live with.

I'm open minded about length of stay, it's more important to rent to someone I get along with.

The rent includes all bills including council tax and factor fees.
