Double Bedroom in Barlanark area

Hey all, I have a spare room if anyone would be interested. You’d be sharing the flat with me and my two cats. The flat has three bedrooms and is right next to the Garrowhill train station. You can get to the city centre within 12 mins. It has also a direct link to Edinburgh!

We would be sharing a living room, bathroom, kitchen and the third bedroom which is currently used as an office/gaming room. You’d be welcome to use it whenever and for whatever, hobbies etc 😊 ( I plan to put a sofa there too so if you’d have any friends they could stay in the spare room or living room no probs!)

I’m very easy going and believe we can talk everything out. Will take on suggestions and consider any dyi you’d like to do in the flat or room 😊 If we live together, I’d like you to feel like it’s your home too! That being said, I’d have only two asks, one being no smoking of any kind in the flat and the other to be mindful of the cats! (They are indoor only)

I think it’s also good to say that my partner comes to stay with me for some time every few months. So I guess you’d have to be ok with it! Likewise, if you’d want your partner to come over to the flat, then no probs from me as long as they are respectful 😄

Would prefer someone to move in mid august but can negotiate on that.
