I’m moving out of my flat in Maryhill at the end of August.
Rent is £600pcm and bills are around £160 per month including council tax, gas electricity and internet. My current flatmate and I have been living here since January and love it. It comes fully furnished, is a tenement flat and is warm and bright.

It’s just up the road from the big Tesco, 10min walk to the botanicals and 25min walk to Glasgow uni. There are great bus routes just outside and Hillhead and Kelvingrove subway stations are 20min walk away.

My flatmate who will be staying in the flat is from Australia, 29 and works at a pub and does graphic design work. She’s super chill and friendly and has been awesome to live with!
