Hey! I’m a live-in landlord with a large double room available in my lovely 4-in-a-block flat in the East End. My current flatmate (and good pal 🥲) is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to share the space with. Ideally someone friendly, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Comfy living room with Netflix & Prime, fully equipped kitchen with washer and a tumble dryer, and a garden with a sunbed for the occasional Glasgow sunshine.
FREE on-street parking right outside too.

🧼 About Me:

I work in marketing (hybrid), so I get the creative chaos and WFH fatigue

I'm clean and tidy and happy to work on a wee cleaning rota

Happy to hang your washing if I’m doing mine, or share dinner when I’ve made enough pasta to feed five

I love gym classes, a walk around Alexandra Park, or just rotting in my room after a long week 🙃

Love dogs - allergic to cats - sorry! (however my upstairs neighbour has some that like to visit)

I go to Cassells Fitness (Queenslie) – small group PT with a lovely community vibe

Used to go to PureGym at the Forge – also nearby

Alexandra Park is around the corner – perfect for a run, walk, or the local local run club

15–20 min walk to Alexandra Parade and Carntyne train stations

Close to coffee shops, takeaways, and restaurants

Great connections into the city centre, west end and Edinburgh

💸 Cost:

Rent: £480/month plus bills

Bills: approx. £150/month (includes Council Tax Band B, gas & electric, internet, TV licence)

💬 I'm looking for someone who gets the creative/work-from-home lifestyle, respects shared spaces, and enjoys a balance of social time and solo downtime. It; s just a two bed flat , so you’ll just be sharing with me — and I fully understand this is your home too, not just mine.
