Big bright double room

Big room in bright third-floor flat with good communal spaces located in Govanhill.. You will live with two mature flatmates ( artist and academic/activist) working a lot from home.

We share weekly cleaning of the common spaces (on a rota), food (a shared kitty within reason), and sometimes, when it happens, meals, but given the nature of our lives, it's also very important that we are independent and respect each other's space.

In case you don't know Glasgow we are a 10 mins bike ride, a 6 mins train ride, and a 12 mins bus ride from the center of town.

A minimum of 3 months stay is required. (Summer school students considered for shorter let)

Finally. This house has a very low bling factor and is not renovated to a shiny standard. Although clean and to us beautiful, it is worn and scuffed in places. If you are not comfortable with the wear and tear of time then you probably won't like it here.
