Room to rent in Merrylee

Bright, peaceful room to rent in the quiet but convenient neighbourhood of Merrylee.

Rent is £620 per calendar month (or £160 per week if paying weekly) including all bills.

The flat is a cosy 2 bed on the ground floor and has a private garden at the front (a work in progress!) and a communal garden to the rear. The room is fully furnished with a built in closet and I can provide bedding etc if needed. Shared bathroom and kitchen. I'm planning on redecorating the living room soon so it might not be useable at times.

The location is about an 8 minute walk from Langside train station and a 10 - 15 minute walk to Battlefield which has good bus links to the rest of the city.

I am the owner and live in the property. I'm only looking to rent out the spare room on a short term basis but might consider a longer term if we get along.

About me: I'm easy to get along with and like reading, running, watching TV, podcasts and starting creative projects I rarely finish. Currently learning how to garden. I have two cats so can't allow pets I'm afraid.

I like a calm, clean living environment and am looking for someone who will be respectful of that.
