Not a party house. Suitible for mature students, post graduate students who want accomodation in peaceful surrounds and space to focus on studies and or work.

Looking for a lodger who does not participate practically or ideologically in commercial sexual exploitation cultures.

I have a rescue cat, she's friendly when you get to know her, previous lodgers have always appreciated her company.

I have gas and electrics checks up to date and interlinked fire alarms. I like to keep the place clean and enjoy gardening, salads, apple trees etc. Finally, I am friendly, I'm just not into nonsense, unless its nonsense poetry.
