Double room to rent

Looking for a clean, tidy, and easygoing tenant for the spare room in our mid-terraced house. The location is perfect for a hospital worker, with the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle away. Good transport links: 15 minutes on foot to the subway, a 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and plenty of free parking outside. The new Govan/Partick bridge makes it just a 10-minute bike ride to the West End.

The house has shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and garden. We have recently moved in and are doing some work to improve the space. Both of us work in hospitality, so are generally out during the day but enjoy chilled evenings at home.

Rent includes WiFi and council tax. Bills are around £50-£70 a month each

Happy to consider shorter term stays too. Move in date flexible
