Hi! This two bedroom flat has a room available and I’m looking for a flatmate.
I’m a grad student currently finishing my thesis in comparative literature and am looking for ideally a grad student/young professional to room with!
Ideally I’m looking for a female/nonbinary roommate and queer friendly is essential.
The room is currently unfurnished, but the landlord is happy to furnish it with a double bed and wardrobe if you would like.
I’ve paid the deposit so I am not sure you would have anything to pay there and rent would be £450 per month. Wifi/electric/gas/council tax would probably come out to around another £100-150 per month.
I’m open to someone with pets, except cats (allergic), but this would be subject to landlord approval.
I would ideally love to room with someone I could be friends and hang out with!
