Hi, I'll sadly be moving out of this lovely 2-bedroom flat, so I'm looking for someone to take up my room as my flatmate would love to keep the flat!
It's located directly on Battlefield with a bus stop going in most directions due to New Victoria Hospital being next to us as well. Queens park is also a quick walk away.
Plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs within a 2-minute walk - Co-op, Sainsbury's, Starbucks, Greg's, etc. Lidl and big Asda within 10-15min walk. Direct cycle lane to city centre that takes 15min through a flat road, perfect location honestly.
You'll be sharing the 2-bedroom flat with Colette, a 27-year-old professional from Aberdeen. She's a great, sociable person, who is into running, coffee, spending time at home watching movies, and gaming. Professionals are preferred due to council tax, but students are also welcome if they are happy to contribute.
Rent is £600
Deposit £600
Gas + Electricity are around £35 per person monthly currently, higher in winter
WiFi £10 (landlord works for BT so we get discount)
Council tax is £70 per person per month
The flat is with a private landlord, not an agency, which is brilliant because he responds very quickly and is always happy to help.
