Lovely Room For Rent

Hello! My roommate is moving in with her partner in mid-September so I'm looking for someone to take her spot in the flat. It's a 2BR/1Ba with a kitchen, living room, and office/dining room and a back garden located next to Bellahuston park with bus links to city center every 15 minutes. The room is furnished though it's up to you if if you'd want to keep what's there. The flat is on the first floor and is only accessible by stairwell. £550/mo excluding bills/council tax (band c), benefits not accepted. Probably around £150/ mo for bills evened out over the year. Ideally looking for a non-student for council tax purposes.

About me: I work from home pretty regularly and like to keep the flat clean (though not always tidy). I'd love to find a new roommate and friend-- I'm social and enjoy having friends around pretty regularly ☺️ I love board games, scary movies, baking and being outside. No pets currently but they are allowed (I pet sit from time to time at present). If you'd be interested shoot me a message!
