I am looking for someone to share flat with me, you will be allocated in special big size separate room. So when you will move-in we will be 2 people living in the flat i. e you and me.

It’s a lovely single fully furnished bed room flat located in very hot location in heart of westend on Dumbarton Road, Partick.

You’ll be living with myself (35). I am a software engineer working with big bank, I am fun loving guy.

The room available is fully furnished with a single bed also has sofa cum double double bed, large desk and chair, mirror and plenty of storage, smart big size tv, casio piano player etc! It’s super cute and the perfect size for someone looking to rent long term.

Rent will be 550 GBP, Bills are separate.
If you are student then rent will be 499 GBP, Bills are separate.

Deposit will be 1000 pounds which will be refundable.

I am searching for a mature, sensible person who would be looking after the flat as their own, who is a good communicator and finds easy to live in a traditional tenement, where noise isolation isn’t the best.

I am flexible with the move in date and the length of the occupancy.
I would be curious to know more about you, what brought you to Glasgow, what are your plans regards moving in date and the renting period. If you include your available dates and times for viewing, that would be appreciated. I would then get back to you with few suggestions.
