My lovely flatmate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone new (female preferred) to live with me in this cosy, little flat in the Kelvinside from October 1st 🤩
Location: the flat is located in a quiet, tucked away area in Kelvinside, only a short walk away from the beautiful West End. It’s a 10 mins walk from both St George Cross and Kelvinbridge subway stations, the bus stop for direct buses to the city centre, which is a 15 mins bus ride away (6A, 60, 75) is literally around the corner. Alternatively, it’s 20 mins walk to the city centre or 10 mins by bike.
The supermarket, Lidl, is only 2 mins away.
Rent: rent is 397£ each a month and bills come around 150£ (council tax, bills and WiFi) depending on the season
About me: My name is Benedetta but everyone calls me Benny. I’m a 28 years old professional actor, director and writer coming from Italy. As a freelancer, my schedule varies every week: there are some days where I work from home and other (most) days where I’m on set/rehearsal rooms or on tour. I’m a very sociable person who loves a good chat and a laugh but I also like my own space to reset and recharge. I’m very sportsy and love running, hiking and dancing. I’m also an incurable traveller and love cooking! I’m looking for someone tidy, clean, friendly and respectful of the flat and of shared spaces.
