Hi! My name is Emily and I'm looking for a flatmate to share this lovely 2 bed Partick flat 😊 My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so the room would be available from the 1st of October with the possibility of moving in sooner.

It's a fairly spacious 2 bed flat with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining area that's only a 15 minute walk to the University of Glasgow. There is a desk space in the living room which can be set up for a work form home space. The flat also has close travel links to buses, trains and the subway.

The bedroom shown in the photos would be your room and comes completely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a washer/dryer. There is a shared garden space downstairs and also on street parking.

Rent is £650 per month, plus bills which are approximately £140 (council tax £105 + WiFi £10 + gas and electric £30).

A little about me ✨
I'm 27 years old, I've lived in Glasgow for about 9 years now and work at the UofG as a technician. I love heading out to gigs, anything outdoorsy (including hikes and the occasional wild swim) and heading to a cosy pub with a good quiz 😊 I'm quite a clean person so sharing with someone that's similar would be great. I'm also quite social and have a boyfriend who would also be around the flat occasionally if this is okay with you.
