Sub-let in a city center flat

A double-room available for students for spring 2026!

I'm looking to sub-let my room for 3-5 months during the spring term while I'm away for research. There is a lot of flexibility for the dates, and I'd be happy to accommodate both the length and the starting date of the lease based on the sub-letters availability.

The current flatmates, James and Natalia, are postgraduate students in their early thirties. James is doing his masters in philosophy, and Natalia is doing her PhD in pharmaceutical extraction. James enjoys outdoors, cycling and music. Natalia is really into birdwatching. We all have busy lives with jobs and studies, but the flat is relatively social! We host dinners and movie nights in the flat every now and then, but we're not a party flat. We're tidy, respect people's personal space, and ideally looking for someone who aligns with this lifestyle :)

The room comes with a double bed, build-in closet, set of drawers, desk, night stand and bookshelf. The flat itself has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and storage room. The flat is located in a quiet green neighbourhood with a 5-10 minute walk away from Strathclyde, GCU, bus station, train station and the city center.

Bills and internet are not included in the rent. The bills vary depending on the month and energy prices but are around £50-100/pp/pm. We got pay-as-you-go meter so there's never unexpected energy bills! The internet is around £10/pp/pm.

The room is available in January. As mentioned earlier, the dates for the sub-let are not set in stone and I'd be happy to tailor them e. g. around exchange semesters, as long as the dates fall somewhere in between January-June.
