Lovely room in Govanhill flat

Hi, I’m looking for someone to share my flat in Govanhill with :) I’ve recently bought the flat and I’m still decorating and making it cosy - some more furniture will arrive before you move in! The kitchen and living room are both very spacious, and there is also a lovely shared garden space. Plus free on-street parking!

I’m looking for a young professional that is clean, respectful and wants to look after the space. I’m outgoing and up for doing things together (hiking, board games, crafts, pub quizzes, gigs, you name it) but equally respect each other’s space and downtime. I work full-time but enjoy spending time with friends after work and on weekends.

Govanhill is a lovely area with great amenities nearby such as Queen’s Park, the train station, various supermarkets and lots of nice cafes and pubs!

Council tax band B (£72/month each) and bills will be around £60 each depending on energy usage. The flat is double glazed!

Move in date is 1st October - happy to meet up before then for a viewing and to see if we’re a good match!
