The room comes furnished and features charming wooden floors, high ceilings and a large west-facing window which benefits from lovely evening light, The apartment is a second-floor Edwardian tenement with original features and boasts free on-street parking, close proximity to the city centre (25 minutes walk), the Hydro (15 minutes walk) and Finnieston (20 minutes walk), and the M8 motorway is accessible within a few minutes. Cessnock subway station is less than a minute by foot, and the area is well serviced by local amenities including a small co-op and multiple fast food outlets.

The flat is bright, spacious and (I like to think) tastefully decorated. All bills are included with rent, which includes ultra-fast fibre broadband (1GB), Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. The flat is council tax band B, I like to keep the flat tidy and clutter-free and will be looking for someone with similar values.

I'm Stuart 🙋🏻‍♂️ and I working in digital communications for a city-centre based charity. I'm also a professional photographer. I play football multiple times a week and enjoy being active in other areas too. I enjoy paddleboarding, snowboarding, camping, cycling and have a penchant for a good coffee. I play guitar and enjoy listening to Scottish traditional music amongst in addition to more contemporary genres.
