Glasgow Southside Room Available

Fully furnished room plus own bathroom in a new build southside house in Darnley.
The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, and a desk and chair. Bedding and towels are provided.
The house has a shared lounge and kitchen and garden. The kitchen has all mod cons (washer dryer, oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, steamer, coffee maker ...)
Council tax and all bills are included (within reason - we might need to have a discussion if you're mining bitcoin).
It's a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station and then 15 minutes into the city centre; the nearest bus stop is closer but the journey is longer. If you have a car then it's easy to park in the area.
I like sharing a bottle of wine in the evening but it's a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood so it's probably more suited to someone looking for a homely place to stay for a few months rather than a party animal.
I am flexible on entry dates and how long you would like to stay: it would ideally suit someone who needs somewhere to stay in Glasgow for 2-3 months but you're welcome to stay for longer.
Finally - I am the only human occupant but I have a furry cat who thinks it's her house! Some experience with cats would be beneficial, and someone who wouldn't mind doing a spot of catsitting when I'm occasionally away would be perfect!
