Room For Rent Southside

The room is a lovely bright space. It is large enough for a double bed, desk ect. The kitchen and bathroom are both relatively new and well maintained.
Unfortunately, there is no living room but there is a wee table and communal space outside the kitchen in the hallway.

I am looking for a flatmate, most likely female identifying but I'm open for the right fit.
I'm pretty easy going, I would like to live with someone I can connect with and have a chat to, maybe the occasional dinner or cup of tea together, but I also quite like my own space and doing my own thing.
Im also not a big partier and quite like a clean, calming space to decompress when I come home.
My ideal flatmate would be someone who is quite clean, friendly and easygoing.
Also if you like Gilmore Girls and Cats thats an added bonus!
