The room is in a well-maintained flat on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom. Shared kitchen with 4 others (4 Chinese girls, They are friendly and quiet flatmates.)

Price: £220/week (bills included)
Sublet goes through the official provider.
The contract is for installment payment. I have already paid a portion of it and no refund will be given. This means the actual price will be more favorable than £220/week. I would be happy to discuss this in private.
