Subletting a 18 sqm Ensuite at Kelvin Court

I need to move out to live with friends, so I’m subletting this ensuite ASAP!

I just checked in on the 12th – it’s a brand-new room I’ve barely stayed in. Two sublet periods are available: short-term stays (longer short-term durations are also acceptable), or a fixed period from September 20, 2025 to January 1, 2026.

I chose this apartment specifically for its great sound insulation and excellent natural light. Every morning, sunlight floods the bed through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. My flatmates are warm and friendly, the communal areas are always clean, and the room doesn’t face the street, so it’s very quiet. I researched all the nearby apartments thoroughly before picking this one – I’d never want to leave if I didn’t have to move in with my friends.
